Refund policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 7 days of receiving your package. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund or store credit. Returns for refund will be subject to a $10 restock fee. Blazers are subject to a $10 shipping fee per blazer. Restock/shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original poly bag packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, click here. Once your request is submitted you'll receive an email with step-by-step instructions along with a prepaid shipping label. Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges on all international orders.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (items marked final sale) or gift cards. We are not responsible for lost, misrouted, or damaged returns.

If for any reason you decide you'd like to cancel your order prior to your order being fulfilled i.e. shipping label created, we'll gladly cancel and refund your order less any credit card fees assessed to us by the credit card company.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. No Refunds on all international orders, all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges will be given.

If your item is returned to us stained or soiled (i.e. deodorant, excessive pet hair, etc.), that we can not easily clean off, your item will be returned to you at your cost and considered final sale and non-returnable.
